Julia and Matthew’s Milwaukee Art Museum Wedding felt like a wonderful dream. Their ceremony was held at the Church of the Gesu, a historic & beautiful venue in Milwaukee’s downtown. They had the most beautiful celebration surrounded by all of the people they love. Just being in the room you could feel the support of their families, these two are meant to be.
Following their ceremony, we went outside for the bridal party and family pictures. I love seeing the parallels between bridesmaid and groomsmen photos. Every picture has so much personality! The groomsmen all enjoyed a cigar together, Matthew even shared with Julia. It’s always fun to see the different ways couples choose to commemorate saying ‘I do.”
For the reception we went to the Milwaukee Art Museum, and can I just say, I think Art Museum weddings may just be one my favorite wedding venues in all of Milwaukee. The architecture is so inspiring and creates the most beautiful space for making lifelong memories. Their reception ended with a fantastic live band and lots of dancing.
This Milwaukee Art Museum Wedding Day was such a blast, scroll through these photos to see for yourself!

Kind Words
“From our first contact with Autumn, she exceeded any expectation we had. Somehow, she continued to surpass and elevate beyond what we ever could have asked for? We truthfully feel that we were lucky to be able to work and share in the experience with her. Autumn was concise with communication and provided thoughtful guidance and input. She was a well of resourceful knowledge for the entire weekend. We found her to be so attentive to our needs and yet managed the delicate balance of respecting the needs of our guests as well. We have had so many of our loved ones comment on how helpful and wonderful she was to be around. We would recommend Autumn fully without reservation to everyone and then recommend her again to their mother.”
