I am so excited to be blogging more and needed to share this windy Chicago engagement session! Catherine and Jake were such a joy to work with! We started the photoshoot off at a local park and I captured them as they walked along the path and danced in the grass together. I love how romantic this session felt, their love is undeniable plus Catherine chose the BEST dresses to give off that romantic and classic love story vibe. They even brought their Vespa out for a ride which made me feel like they were riding around a little city in Europe. Our second stop was at a charming pier with the most gorgeous city skyline in the background. This location was a dream and the lighting on this day made for the sweetest photos.

I had so much fun getting to know Catherine and Jake and I’m honored and grateful they chose me to capture part of their story. Engagement sessions are always so beautiful to photograph because of the excitement of the couple. They are getting closer to their wedding day and the anticipation is building!
