The Ivy House Wedding Venue is the perfect place to hold your celebration, with lots of natural light and greenery it makes for the perfect spot! I had the honor of capturing Erica and Jacob’s wedding here in July and it was absolutely stunning. Their wedding is definitely one I will remember, for its love and unique touches. The natural ivy touches this venue provides during the ceremony and reception was breathtaking and I felt like I was in a fairytale! Blue Fancy Events alongside Bird and Bumble planned this event impeccably and not one detail was out of place.  I’ve have shot at The Ivy House many times, but this was truly like nothing I’ve seen before and made for the most magical backdrop.

One thing I especially loved about their day was that they hired a live painter to paint their ceremony. Katie painted their first kiss scene and it turned out so beautifully. This is a great way to add a unique experience and make your day a bit more personalized. Now Erica and Jacob get to take home a really meaningful piece of art. They’ll be able to show their kids and grandkids and have it hanging in their home for year to come. It fills me up and leaves me feeling so whole to photograph all of these moments that tell your story.
